By using the Kitu app, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use the Kitu app.

2. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Kitu may change these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version of the terms and conditions will be posted on the Kitu website. You should check the Kitu website regularly to see if there have been any changes to the terms and conditions.

3. Use of the Kitu App

The Kitu app is for personal use only. You may not use the Kitu app for commercial purposes.

You may not ship any prohibited items through the Kitu app. Prohibited items include:

Kitu is not liable for any loss or damage to your package. You are responsible for packing your package securely and declaring the contents of your package accurately.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will be resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

8. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Kitu. They supersede any prior agreements between you and Kitu.

9. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

10. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions will be effective unless in writing and signed by Kitu.

11. Notices

All notices and other communications under these terms and conditions will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United Kingdom mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

12. Assignment

You may not assign these terms and conditions to any third party. Kitu may assign these terms and conditions to any third party at its discretion.

13. Force Majeure

Kitu will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure is due to a force majeure event, such as a natural disaster, war, or act of God.

14. Choice of Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

By using the Kitu app as a traveler, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being shipped through Kitu:

Damage or Loss

You are responsible for any damage or loss of packages that occur during shipping. However, Kitu does offer insurance for packages that are shipped through the service.

Meeting with Kitu’s representative

You agree to meet with Kitu’s representative at the agreed-upon location and time. If you are unable to meet with the Kitu’s representative, you must notify Kitu immediately.

Valid Government-Issued ID

You agree to provide Kitu with a valid government-issued ID. This is to help protect both you and the shipper from fraud.

Respect

You agree to be respectful of shippers’ property. This includes treating their belongings with care and not damaging them.

Laws and Regulations

You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations when shipping packages through Kitu. This includes complying with all customs and import/export regulations.

By using the Kitu app as a traveler, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
